determining what you can afford is one of the most crucial parts of the home buying process. we’ll look over your current state and the lifestyle you want to maintain after you purchase your home. together we’ll work with a lender for your pre-approval letter, which is necessary in today’s competitive market.

find it.

now that we’ve set the groundwork, I’ll begin to search for your dream home. we will visit the homes you love and I will be available to guide you through every step of the home buying process - from putting in an offer to closing escrow. buying a home is an exciting time and I can’t wait to hand over the keys to your new home!
